THE STORY BEHIND OUR SUMMER CAMPAIGN
The Bag for Any Occasion was our first campaign released since we launched, from our family-founded brand Pialin.
The campaign was photographed near our family home to capture the birthplace of the brand. All images were taken and produced in house to honor our brand identity, which is to stay close to our community at all times—through local and ethical sourcing, our people, and transparent production.

Using a hairclip (that many people already have, or that can be bought at any airport in case one is forgotten) to fasten the strap was an intentional idea to ensure not having to purchase extra attachments.

Our vegetable-tanned leather is not only eco-friendly but beautifully distinct, adding character to every handbag.
This leather retains a more natural appearance and feel, showcasing the inherent imperfections and characteristics of the hide.
Made using natural tannins found in plant materials (such as tree bark), vegetable tanned leather is biodegradable and has a lower environmental impact compared to chrome tanned leather.
Free from the harmful chemicals associated with chrome tanning, vegetable tanning is a safer choice for consumers who are concerned about toxicity.

Yes. All Pialin bags have handles. Some our images are taken in our pre-production phase without handles, but all bags now have them even if an image doesn’t show it.
We currently only have shipping set up within EU - However we can almost always find a solution to ship to you. We will just have to get back to you with what prices or possibilities we can offer.
Yes we do. We offer delivery against a small shipping fee that is applied in the checkout, and can at times provide free shipping to London. Email us at contact@pialinbags.com and we will see what options are possible for your delivery.

Yes. We are proud to say we have searched all over Europe to find ethical sources of leather, and all other materials.
All our leather is from by-products of the food industry. Also we only work with providers where we know the animals have had a good life.
