Shipping Policy
We aim to ship your order within 3 days from the time you receive your order confirmation. We ship
orders from our warehouse on business days (excluding public holidays). Once your order is on
its way, we will email you a tracking number.

Note : Duty and import charges, please check with your local import office to see if you
have to pay additional fee’s or duties.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to payment authorization and/or
stock availability.
• Delivery to rural addresses can take longer.
• We are unable to deliver to post office boxes.
• In the event of order refusal or failed delivery due to incorrect or faulty information provided, we
will deduct shipping fees and any additional charges, such as import taxes and duties, from your
refund.
• We’re unable to provide price adjustments or match prices for items that were purchased at full
price and subsequently go on sale.
Return Policy
Return Policy Conditions
• All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days after the date of delivery.
• You can also visit our showroom to return your order, at Adelgatan 9, 21122 Malmö ,
within 14 days after the date of delivery. Kindly bring along the delivery note included in
your package.
• Items must be returned in a new and unused state.
• Items must be returned with tags attached to them, in its original packaging and protective
material.
• We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product or its original packaging shows
signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an
alternative we may reduce the amount of any applicable refund.

HOW TO EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, kindly email us and we will help set up a return and the sending of the replacement.
Alternatively, you may visit our showroom in at Adelgaran 9,21122 Malmö to facilitate the
exchange.
HOW TO RETURN
Return Label: Your package includes a complimentary prepaid return shipping label. If not, reach
out to us at contact@pialinbags.com for assistance. If you choose to use another shipping
provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.
Ship Your Package: Ensure your item is securely packed in a solid carton, and remember to
include the return form as it helps speed up your refund process. Attach the return shipping label
and any custom documentations provided to the outside of the carton and drop it off at your local
delivery point.
Make sure to hand the second copy off the customs documentation to the pick up driver or the
delivery point worker.

Refund Process: We aim to process your refund within 48 hours of receiving it
back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Refunds typically take 1-10
working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
FOR COUNTRIES OUTSIDE EU
International Returns:
For international returns outside the EU, notify your local customs authorities to waive duties or taxes on unwanted items.
